Air France-KLM CFO: Group faces 'small risk' of cash crisis unless summer season is 'catastrophic'

Air France-KLM CFO Frederic Gagey said the group faces a "very small risk of a cash crisis" unless the summer travel season becomes "catastrophic" (Bloomberg, 07-May-2021). As previously reported by CAPA, Air France-KLM conducted an initial set of capital strengthening measures in Apr-2021, resulting in an increase in equity of EUR4 billion and cash of EUR1 billion.
