Air France CEO Anne Rigail, via the airline's official Twitter account, outlined (21-Feb-2019) three priorities for the carrier (franceinfo, 20-Feb-2019):
- Advancing social dialogue with employees;
- Regain the confidence of clients, including through brand simplification;
- Accelerate modernisation of aircraft cabins and business lounges, with 60% of aircraft in the fleet to be equipped with WiFi by 2020.
