Air Serbia and Serbian Government planning 'aggressive market response' as restrictions relax

Serbia's Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirović outlined network expansion plans for Air Serbia, stating: "We are trying to take over markets in those countries whose national carriers no longer realistically exist" (EX-YU Aviation News, 19-Apr-2021). Mr Momirović added: "As measures begin to be relaxed, we want to mount an aggressive market response and we are preparing for that. We are doing all of this so we can come out as winners from this crisis".
