Allegiant Air to establish 14th aircraft base at Destin-Fort Walton, five routes to follow

Allegiant Air announced (13-Feb-2018) plans to establish its 14th year round aircraft base at Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, adding more than 65 new jobs for 2018 and USD49 million in investment. The base will house two Airbus aircraft, setting the stage for further expansion. The carrier plans to launch seasonal service to the following five cities:

  • Fort Walton Beach-Concord: Twice weekly service to launch on 07-Jun-2018;
  • Fort Walton Beach-Evansville: Twice weekly service to launch on 08-Jun-2018;
  • Fort Walton Beach-Fayetteville: Twice weekly service to launch on 06-Jun-2018;
  • Fort Walton Beach-Lexington: Twice weekly service to launch on 07-Jun-2018;
  • Fort Walton Beach-Raleigh: Twice weekly service to launch on 08-Jun-2018.
