American Airlines resumes 737 MAX operations

American Airlines, via its official Facebook and Twitter accounts, announced (29-Dec-2020) it operated its first commercial service with a Boeing 737 MAX since the start of the 20 month recertification process for the aircraft type. The service from Miami to New York on 29-Dec-2020 was the first commercial 737 MAX operation by a US airline since Mar-2019 (Reuters/Bloomberg, 30-Dec-2020). Gol and Aeromexico have also resumed 737 MAX operations.
