American, Delta and Southwest Airlines decide against COVID-19 vaccination mandate for employees

American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and Southwest Airlines decided against implementing a vaccination mandate for their employees as a response to the Delta variant of the coronavirus (Fox 13 Tampa Bay/CNBC, 11-Aug-2021). As previously reported by CAPA, Hawaiian Airlines and United Airlines have targeted partial and full vaccination of employees respectively by Nov-2021, with Alaska Airlines currently considering whether to impose a mandate of its own.
