ANA Holdings is reportedly considering increasing capital through a public offering of around JPY200 billion (USD1.9 billion) (Nikkei, 25-Sep-2020). ANA Holdings has been in talks with key lenders since Aug-2020 on procuring around JPY400 billion (USD3.8 billion) in subordinated loans.
