Argentina to open borders to all foreign citizens from 01-Nov-2021

Argentina's Director of Migration Florencia Carignano said the country's borders will be open to all foreign tourists from 01-Nov-2021 (CNN/MercoPress, 29-Sep-2021). Ms Carignano added a pilot allowing entry to travellers from Chile and Brazil had commenced, while citizens of Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay will be permitted entry from 01-Oct-2021. Fully vaccinated passengers with negative PCR test results in the 72 hours prior to travelling will be exempt from quarantine requirements, but will have to take a test on arrival and between the fifth and seventh day of their visit.
