Here are the key executive changes for Jul-2020:

  • Air New Zealand stated deputy chairman Jan Dawson will continue in the role beyond the 2020 annual shareholders' meeting to provide continuity on the board as Air New Zealand continues to work through coronavirus impacts. Air New Zealand was previously advised Ms Dawson would retire in Sep-2020, after being re-elected to the board in 2019 for a further three year term.
  • SpiceJet announced CFO Kiran Koteshwar plans to resign, effective 31-Aug-2020.
  • Nok Air announced CFO Nuanwan Bhuprasert resigned and will be replaced by acting CFO Wutthiphum Jurangkool, effective 04-Aug-2020.
