Asia Pacific market a 'huge growth opportunity' for Qantas: CEO

Qantas Group CEO Alan Joyce said the Asia Pacific market represents a "huge growth opportunity" for the carrier (CNBC, 12-Nov-2018). "Ten years ago, when I took over as CEO, we had one third of a capacity to Europe, one third to Asia, one third to the Americas. Today, it's 8% to Europe, it's 52% in this region, and I think it will grow a lot further into the future", Mr Joyce stated.
