Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison stated non-essential travel is to "be avoided and particularly when we're talking about interstate travel and longer distances, the sort of travel that would not be normally part of your normal life" (news.com.au/SBS/Canberra Times, 22-Mar-2020). Mr Morrison said: "Travel needs to be reduced to stop the spread of the virus across the country".
