Avelo Airlines to establish base of operations at Tweed New Haven Regional Airport in 3Q2021

Avelo Airlines announced (06-May-2021) it will invest USD1.2 million to establish a base of operations at Tweed New Haven Regional Airport. The LCC will operate Boeing 737-700 aircraft from the base commencing in 3Q2021. The investment is part of the airport's recently announced USD100 million capital improvement project, which will include construction of a new terminal and runway extension.
