Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK) commenced (05-Apr-2021) a pilot project on the implementation of digital identity cards at Almaty International Airport and Nur-Sultan Nazarbayev International Airport. Passengers travelling on Air Astana services between the airports can use an electronic ID card to confirm their personal data.
