Cebu Pacific announced (08-Apr-2021) it will receive 59 aircraft from 2021 to 2027, to support plans to increase frequency and expand services in its network. The deliveries include:
- Firm order for 16 ATR 72-600s with options to acquire an additional ten. Out of the 16 aircraft, 13 were delivered as of 31-Dec-2020 while three are scheduled for delivery from 2021 to 2022;
- Existing order with Airbus for 21 A321neos, 16 A320neos, 10 A321XLR aircraft and 16 A330neos. The A321neo will be the first of its type to operate in the Philippines. Seven of the A321neos were delivered as of 31-Dec-2020, with the rest to be delivered between 2021 and 2027. [more - original PR]
