Colombia Aerocivil approved (27-Jun-2021) the start of the certification process for Ultra Air to obtain its operating permit to operate passenger and cargo services. The national aviation body granted the carrier approval to operate the following routes upon completion of the process:
- Bogota: Medellín, Cali, Cartagena, Santa Marta, San Andrés, Pereira, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cúcuta, Riohacha, Pasto, Leticia, Monteria, Mexico City, Cancun, Miami, Santo Domingo, Quito, Lima, Curaçao and Guayaquil;
- Medellin: Cartagena, Santa Marta, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cúcuta, Riohacha, Pasto, Leticia, Montería, Miami, Cancun, Mexico City, Guayaquil, New York, Aruba and Punta Cana;
- Cartagena: Pereira and Cali;
- Cali: Santa Marta, San Andrés and Barranquilla.
