Cranky Flier: There will 'definitely' be pent up demand for corporate event travel

Cranky Flier president and chief airline dork Brett Snyder, speaking at CAPA Live April 2021, stated (14-Apr-2021) estimates of a permanent 15% to 20% drop in business travel following the coronavirus pandemic "just sounds like an educated guess", adding: "We really don't know what will happen". Mr Snyder predicted there will "definitely" be pent up demand for events such as conferences and conventions, but added: "We don't really know what the dynamic is going to look like".
