EU delegation to Belarus head Andrea Wiktorin said Belarus and the EU prepared documents and are conducting legal procedures relating to the agreement on visa facilitation (BelTA, 22-Jul-2019). Ms Wiktorin said: "We are well aware of the deadline, namely 02-Feb-2020".
