Fiji's tourism development plan has been promoted with the launch of the Fijian Tourism 2021 plan which is designed to address key issues for development of tourism in the country (Travel and Tour World, 04-May-2017). Strategies within the plan include marketing of the Fijian brand, investment in infrastructure and related activities, sustainable development, as well as the support of small and medium enterprises.
