Finland health institute recommends pre departure negative COVID-19 test certificate

Finavia reported (23-Jan-2021) Finland's Institute for Health and Welfare recommended all airlines operating in the country to require a negative COVID-19 test certificate before boarding from passengers going to Finland. Passengers with a medical certificate attesting that they have had the coronavirus disease less than six months ago and have since recovered are not required to present a negative test result.
