Flycana CEO Frederik Jacobsen, speaking at CAPA Live September 2021, stated (09-Sep-2021) the carrier will "probably" reveal a new name and livery "in the next few weeks". The airline rebranded as Flycana following Dominican Wings' decision to transition from a charter to ULCC business model. The carrier expects to launch in 1Q2022.
