Gol migrates to Sabre passenger service system to manage reservations

Gol migrated (09-Sep-2021) its legacy reservation system to Sabre's 'SabreSonic' passenger service system. The technology will support customer functions including flight search, online booking, check in, purchasing ancillaries on websites and after sales service. Gol vice president sales, marketing and clients Eduardo Bernardes Neto said the migration will allow the carrier to "be more efficient and offer a modern retail experience that enables personalised travel at scale".
