Government of Western Australia and Virgin Australia enter regional WA partnership

Western Australia's Government and Virgin Australia entered (21-Jul-2020) an agreement to deliver cheaper fares and additional frequency to Broome and Kununurra, with regional airfares part of the WA Recovery Plan to support industry and job creation. Almost 8000 discounted fares are available for Perth-Broome and Perth-Kununurra, with frequency increased to daily on Broome service and increased to three times weekly on the Kununurra route. The partnership runs from 03-Aug-2020 to 31-Oct-2020, with negotiations ongoing with airlines to secure further partnerships to other destinations.
