Greater Bay Airlines selects Burrana to supply in seat USB cabin power for Boeing 737s

Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) awarded Burrana a contract to supply in seat USB cabin power via Burrana's RISE solution for the start-up LCC's Boeing 737-800s (Aviation Business/paxex.aero, 02-Sep-2021). Burrana director for Asia Pacific Ryo Lee stated: "Our ability to meet an aggressive modification timeline of fewer than six months was key for GBA to comply with EASA certification, enabling the airline to start commercial operations in early October". As previously reported by CAPA, Burrana launched its RISE inflight entertainment platform in Jun-2020.
