Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) CEO Pat Dawson said: "There has been a trickle of bookings from September onwards, but no great numbers to any particular destination" and called on individuals looking to travel to book via a travel agent (Irish Times, 20-Jan-2021). Mr Dawson said bookings have been additionally impacted due to "younger people probably won't receive the vaccine until sometime in late summer".
