Istanbul Airport is reportedly scheduled to commence full scale operations following the transfer of all services from Ataturk Airport on 03-Mar-2019 (Yeni Safak/Reuters/One Mile At a Time, 28/30-Dec-2018). As previously reported by CAPA, the transfer of services from Ataturk to Istanbul was scheduled to occur in Oct-2018.
