KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, in a sustainability report developed by Ipsos, reported (26-Feb-2019) 69% of Swedes believe aviation is an environmental problem, an increase of 10% year-on-year. Only 8% of Swedish travellers however act on this by stopping consumption of air travel, and over 90% of Swedes believe national and international air travel is necessary to some extent.
