LATAM Airlines Brasil resumes USD400m cabin retrofit project

    LATAM Airlines Brasil announced (13-Jul-2021) the resumption of its cabin retrofit project. The USD400 million initiative, the largest investment in LATAM Airlines Group‘s history, initially launched in 2019 and aims to modernise the interiors of 30 A320 and A321 aircraft belonging to LATAM Brasil, in addition to 44 LATAM Group affiliate aircraft. Enhancements include additional legroom, cabin separation, seat replacement and installation of in seat power. 44 aircraft from LATAM Group’s fleet underwent the transformation prior to the halting of the project in Mar-2020.
