LATAM Airlines Brasil received authorisation to extend to other airports the roll out of the remote check in process trialled at Vitoria Eurico Sales Airport (Panrotas, 12-Jan-2021). As previously reported by CAPA, LATAM check in personnel work remotely, providing assistance to passengers through a video link via screen located at airport the check in counter.
