Lyon Airport to introduce 'Smart Welcome' digital solution in 2021

Vinci Airports, via its official website, announced (16-Mar-2021) plans to introduce a 'Smart Welcome' digital solution at Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport in 2021. The airport will install notice boards throughout its passenger terminal facilities displaying QR codes that passengers can scan with their smartphone devices to access airport information or to request assistance from airport personnel. Information will vary according to the location of the notice board, including flight schedules, airport navigation guidance and information about lounges, retail outlets, food and beverage outlets, rental car operators and rail and bus schedules.
