BCD Travel introduces 'Informed Traveler' initiative to support travellers, travel agents

BCD Travel introduced (09-Jul-2020) the 'Informed Traveler', an initiative to provide trip related information to agents, travellers and travel managers across channels regarding travel during COVID-19. BCD Travel president and CEO John Snyder made note of the "astonishing" volume of COVID-19 information available to consumers, explaining: "Our content engine pulls information from more than 800 sources, curates and distributes it across all traveller touchpoints including agent point-of-sale, the TripSource mobile app, and the responsive COVID-19 Information Hub on TripSource.com. This gives agents, travel managers and travellers a single source of shared information to better provide seamless support and duty of care".
