Boeing CEO 'hopeful' alternatives to trade war can be found

Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg, speaking at the 2018 Farnborough International Airshow, said the company is "hopeful we're going to find solutions as alternatives to some of the tariff discussions that have been going on" and the aerospace business "thrives on free and open global trade" (Bloomberg, 16-Jul-2018). Mr Muilenburg stated Boeing's voice is "being heard" on trade negotiations.
