CAAC announces several new international service suspensions

CAAC stated (04/05-Jan-2022) the following international services will be suspended for two weeks after passengers on the services tested positive for coronavirus in mid Dec-2021:

  • Suspension from 03-Jan-2022:
    • LOT Polish Airlines' Warsaw-Tianjin service;
    • Citilink's Jakarta-Kunming;
    • KLM Royal Dutch Airlines' Amsterdam-Hangzhou;
    • Korean Air's Seoul-Shenyang and Seoul-Tianjin;
    • Kenya Airways' Nairobi-Guangzhou;
    • Air China's Minsk-Hohhot;
    • Delta's Detroit-Shanghai;
  • Suspension from 10-Jan-2022:
    • Lao Airlines' Vientiane-Kunming;
    • Mahan Air's Tehran-Lanzhou;
    • China Southern Airlines' Los Angeles-Guangzhou;
    • Air Algerie's Algiers-Chengdu;
    • Neos' Milan-Tianjin;
    • American Airlines' Dallas-Shanghai;
    • United Airlines' San Francisco-Shanghai;
    • Air Canada's Vancouver-Shanghai;
    • Air China's Moscow-Lanzhou service suspended for four weeks;
    • Air France's Paris-Shanghai service suspended for four weeks;
  • Suspension from 17-Jan-2022:
    • Ethiopian Airlines' Addis Ababa-Shanghai service will be suspended for a further two weeks;
    • China Eastern Airlines' New York-Shanghai;
    • Turkish Airlines' Istanbul-Guangzhou;
    • LOT's Warsaw-Tianjin;
    • Air Canada's Vancouver-Shanghai service suspended for a further four weeks;
