CAPA: Global capacity at 90m seats

CAPA - Centre for Aviation head of research Simon Elsegood, speaking at the CTC Australasia Corporate Travel Summit & Sustainability Awards, stated (22-Nov-2022) global capacity is currently at 90 million seats, noting airline schedules have "stabilised". Mr Elsegood said the outlook is for capacity growth to resume during 1Q2023, heading towards 100 million seats. He noted airlines are displaying capacity discipline.
