Ghana Health Service, via its official Twitter account, announced (20-May-2023) the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions at all points of entry to Ghana, effective 20-May-2023. Pre-departure testing and testing at points of entry is no longer required. The COVID-19 health declaration form for international passenger is no longer required. Ghana recorded 187,089 international passengers since Jan-2023, of whom 98% were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or were exempt from vaccination.
