Luen Thai Group: HR is not just payroll and recruitment

Luen Thai Group chief administrative officer of chairman office Jennifer Tan, speaking at the CTC Hong Kong Corporate Travel Summit, stated (23-May-2023) "Whenever a need comes up, we think if somebody is not the best fit in their current role". Ms Tan said: "It's important to create success stories and exposure in a certain job. You have to have conversations to understand these things. You have to learn about your people. It has to be a focus". She added: "HR is not just payroll and recruitment, it's also centred around being everybody's friend".
