Luen Thai Group: You have to build what you're looking for into who you hire

Luen Thai Group chief administrative officer of chairman office Jennifer Tan, speaking at the CTC Hong Kong Corporate Travel Summit, stated (23-May-2023) "In the travel industry you saw a significant downsize during COVID, many people changed their profession and their lifestyle". Ms Tan said: "I think as it relates to hospitality you almost have to build the love back and it takes time". She added: "You see a challenge from an HR perspective of finding the right fit. As a corporation you have to build what you're looking for into who you hire".
