Niue's Office of the Secretary of the Government, via its official Facebook account, stated (23-Jun-2022) from 28-Jun-2022, all travellers into Niue by air must complete a declaration, and receive a traveller pass, prior to travel. This includes Niuean Citizens and residents, children and infants.
