Partnership Travel Consulting: Hotels handling industry disruptions better than airlines

Partnership Travel Consulting regional director Australia Virginia Fitzpatrick, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (13-Sep-2022) recent resourcing and response issues in the travel industry have been as much an issue for travel management companies and hotels as for airlines. Ms Fitzpatrick said the hotel sector has responded better with communications, support and the "positivity of the messaging about the value of the hotel industry".
