Qantas Distribution Platform launches name change fee capability

Qantas Airways stated (21-Apr-2022) its Qantas Distribution Platform now has the capability for to issue a Name Change Fee for Name Change requests made by customers. This capability enables agents to issue a Name Change Fee for customers no longer able to fly with Qantas, who request their unused ticket be rebooked and ticketed in another customer's name.
