Richemont: Pandemic forced a change in mindset for management

Richemont Asia Pacific regional talent director APAC Ivory Chai, speaking at the CTC Hong Kong Corporate Travel Summit, stated (23-May-2023) "We try our best to offer work from home for all the office and also customer service employees". Ms Chai said: "The most important thing is during the pandemic we forced our management to shift their mindset. They need to let go of the controlling mindset".
