Ryanair: 91% of passengers rate customer experience highly in Sep-2020

Ryanair released (05-Oct-2020) its Sep-2020 'Rate My Flight' customer experience scores, showing 91% of almost 57,000 respondents rating their customer experience as 'Excellent/Very Good/Good'. The LCC recorded high ratings for crew friendliness at 94%, onboard service at 92%, range of food and drink scoring 85%, boarding scoring 89% as well as 98% of services arriving on time.
