Tahiti Tourisme, via its official website, stated (07-Jan-2022) French Polynesia's Government agreed that vaccinated travellers from the US and from countries in the orange zone (including Canada), will not be required to quarantine. If a vaccinated traveller tests positive on arrival, they must quarantine for seven days.
