NZ Associate Transport Minister listening to concerns on drone operations 'very seriously'

New Zealand's Associate Minister of Transport Julie Anne Genter commented on calls for tighter drone regulations amid rising reported incidents (NZ Herald, 27-Mar-2018). Ms Genter said concerns raised by Air New Zealand are being taken "very seriously", adding: "I understand that both Police and the Civil Aviation Authority are looking at how they can apply a broad range of offences to address both safety and privacy issues around drones. I have asked for an update on this work".
