Panama's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), via its official Twitter account, announced (23-Sep-2020) the extension of the suspension of international operations for 19 days, until 11-Oct-2020. The CAA plans to reopen scheduled international operations effective 12-Oct-2020 with restrictions which include requesting a PCR negative test no older than 96 hours.
