Priceline acquires German business to business start-up Flyiin

Priceline acquired Flyiin, a German start-up offering business-to-business services to support airline travel retailing via travel agencies (Skift, 08-May-2021). The company's Berlin based staff and operations will be integrated with Priceline. Bookings Holdings spokesperson Leslie Cafferty reported the acquisition is a "small" one, connected to building out the group's flights strategy globally.
