Qantas Loyalty declines less than 10% in FY2020: CEO

Qantas Group CEO Alan Joyce stated (23-Oct-2020) Qantas Loyalty's profit decreased less than 10% in FY2020, reflecting "the majority of points are earned on the ground" and "the benefit of its diversification in recent years". Qantas Wine revenue increased 75% in Jul-2020 and Aug-2020 year-on-year, with new partners BP Fuel and Afterpay both "performing well above expectations".
