Regional Express reiterates commitment to refunds

    Regional Express (Rex) GM of network strategy Warrick Lodge said (12-Jan-2021) the carrier “committed to a full refund of all tickets affected by any flight cancellation or rescheduling” due to coronavirus. Mr Lodge said: “The Rex COVID refund policy goes far beyond the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law and seeks to alleviate the considerable hardships our passengers are already facing during the pandemic” as well as removing risk in bookings for future travel.
