Russia's Federal Agency for Tourism announced (25-Sep-2020) the second phase of the tourism cashback programme will launch in Oct-2020. The programme aims to stimulate affordable domestic travel. The programme will be open to federally registered tour operators, hotels and aggregate tourism service systems.
