Ryanair: 89% of passengers rated customer experience highly in Dec-2020

    Ryanair released (06-Jan-2021) its Dec-2020 ‘Rate My Flight’ customer experience scores, showing 89% of nearly 11,000 respondents rated their customer ‘Excellent/Very Good/Good’. The LCC recorded high ratings for crew friendliness at 94%, onboard service at 92%, range of food and drink scoring 86%, boarding scoring 84%, as well as 92% of services arriving on time.
