Ryanair is reportedly in talks with Toulouse Blagnac Airport to open a base in southern France (ATW Online, 31-Jan-2019). The carrier plans to open the base by winter 2019/2020 or summer 2020. As previously reported by CAPA, Ryanair will also open two new French bases at Bordeaux and Marseille in summer 2019.
